Sales manager (representative) (B2B), Vilnius or Kaunas

We are an enthusiastic and cooperative active sales team in Paysera. At the moment we are looking for a new colleague - Sales manager for B2B in Vilnius or Kaunas.


If you feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, like to communicate with a lot of different people and clients, and you are a creative closer who thrives in a deadline-driven sales environment, this position is for you. And, by the way, YOU MUST LOVE SALES! We are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

What you will do:

search and make contacts with potential leads (B2B);

keep in touch with potential customers;

make active Paysera product sales;

work with the team to find new ways of reaching new customers;

identify customer needs and recommend product solutions;

negotiate with clients, sign contracts;

reach sales goals.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:

experience in active sales (B2B);

ability to find common ground with the client;

resilience;

an honest approach towards colleagues and clients;

proven ability to close sales;

quick learning and decision-making abilities;

fluency in English and Lithuanian;

experience working in the fintech sector would be an advantage;

driver's licence.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
